Rolling monthly service plan with no minimum commitment period - cancel any time by providing 1 months written notice.
Features
  • Unlimited data. 60 mins voice from the Gator watch per month. Uses strongest available signal of three networks (Vodafone, O2 and EE) to minimize deadzones. FREE Roaming in most of the EU (see 'Roaming Information' for exclusions) Talk time in excess of 60 minutes is charged at 25p per minute. Please note: Activation of your service plan can take up to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays), and we will email your new watch phone number to you along with the user manual.

Bought this watch for my 7 year old autistic daughter so she has more independence, especially when at our caravan park playing with friends. Found it great to see where she is and easy to contact her. I do find though that my daughter has sent voice messages and sos by mistake just accidentally pressing the buttons when playing. Maybe this can be looked into! Maybe a different design etc?!  Otherwise very pleased.

Watch arrived but unfortunately the sim card wasn't detectable.  I left an e-mail and within 5 minutes I had a call from a lovely lady who was so helpful. 2 days before xmas she pulled out all the stops to send me a replacement, which arrived the following day!  Second watch works brilliantly!  I can now keep track of my son when he's on the farm and out of voice range.  I really recommend the watch and the customer service - best I've had in a long time!!  Personal Thank you to Colleen Wong for all your help, my son is over the moon with his present!! xx

Had a few teething issues in the beginning but nothing that the brilliant customer service didn’t sort out practically instantly. A new watch was sent out by first class post before the original had even been returned. Second one works perfectly.
